No Levels!

Hello everyone , i want to say to you guys take the players level because its absurd lvl 25 are worst than lvl 3 .
You guys can apply a system that is:

              [RP Points: 0/500]        DM- -4
                                               NonRPbehaviour: -3
                                               Logout to Avoid Death/Prision: -3
                                               Meta Gaming: -1
                                                Powergaming: -2
                                                ATIP (Away at important Point): -1 or 0
                                                CR (Chicken Run): -2
                                                CS (Crack Shot): -2

At -25 RP -  Some Hours in Jail
At -35 RP - 1 Warning 3days ban
AT -45 RP - 2 Warning 1 week  Ban.
AT -55 RP - 3 Warning - Permanent Ban.                             
                                                 
(Or what you guys wanna put . but! put this system of bans because the guys wont do so much non-rp behaviour and they are forcer to rp or they are gonna be baned , and make something that force them to read the tutorial.)
